This is the rear axle we run on the Nighthawk. It's a 1-1/4" solid chromoly shaft, cut to length and keyed for our sprocket and brake hubs, so everything bolts on without shimming or drilling. We went solid instead of tubular because it holds up better to the torque from the electric motor, especially on hard launches. If you've bent your stock axle or just want a spare on the shelf, this is the same part that goes into every kart we build.
