GoKartGod Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Processing & Production Allocation

All GoKartGod Nighthawk orders are processed immediately upon placement.

This includes:

  • Payment processing fees
  • Inventory and component allocation
  • Production slot reservation
  • Administrative handling

Because of this, cancellations are subject to the following terms.


2. Cancellation Policy (Nighthawk Orders)

Within 36 hours of order placement

Orders may be canceled for a:
2.5% Processing Fee


After 36 hours of order placement

Orders are subject to a:
7.5% Processing & Production Allocation Fee


Why these fees exist

These fees cover non-recoverable costs incurred immediately after purchase, including:

  • Payment processing charges
  • Inventory allocation
  • Reserved production capacity

3. Store Credit Option (Recommended)

At any time, customers may choose to receive:

100% of their payment as store credit

This allows you to:

  • Avoid cancellation fees
  • Apply your full balance toward a future GoKartGod purchase

4. Order Changes

Order changes (configuration, parts, options) may not be possible once production allocation has begun.

If changes are approved, additional costs may apply.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-built or configured Nighthawk karts
  • Installed or used components
  • Electrical systems, batteries, or powertrain components once opened or used
  • Digital products (plans, downloads, guides)

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

  • Production schedule
  • Parts availability
  • Carrier delays

Shipping costs are non-refundable once fulfilled.


7. Agreement

By placing an order with GoKartGod, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.



Klarna Purchases: Return & Refund Policy

(Applies only to orders paid using Klarna)

This section applies exclusively to Klarna transactions. All other payment methods follow the standard policy above.


1. Right to Return (14-Day Window)

Customers who pay through Klarna may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resaleable condition

This is required due to safety and handling standards for mechanical and electrical components.


2. Free Return Shipping

All approved Klarna returns include:

Free return shipping

GoKartGod will provide a prepaid return label after the return request is approved.


3. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for Klarna returns:

  • Used items
  • Items showing signs of installation, mounting, or modification
  • Custom-built or personalized products that have been opened or operated
  • Digital products (plans, downloads, blueprints)

4. How to Initiate a Klarna Return

To start a return:

  1. Email support@gokartgod.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will confirm eligibility
  3. A prepaid return label will be provided
  4. Ship the unused item back using the provided label

5. Klarna Refund Requirements

In accordance with Klarna’s Merchant Policy:

  • No restocking fees may be applied
  • No exchanges or store credit substitutions
  • Eligible returns must be refunded in full

6. Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within:

14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
