Motor

The QS138 90H brushless mid-drive motor delivers exceptional torque and reaches speeds of up to 7000 rpm, all while maintaining outstanding efficiency. It can easily sustain continuous high output without reaching thermal limits. The sealed housing keeps out dirt and moisture, ensuring optimal protection for internal components.

Battery

High-capacity 72V lithium packs available in 20Ah or 50Ah configurations. Both deliver industry leading discharge rates for aggressive acceleration. Sleek black design with integrated BMS that monitors cell health and keeps the pack balanced for long-term reliability. The 20Ah is a great budget-friendly pack that offers solid run time. The 50Ah model delivers 2.5 times the runtime and offers a maximum output of up to 34.6 horsepower.

Controller

With industry leading reliability, Fardriver controllers get your system powered up and controlled with precision. The ND72450 and ND74680 provide plenty of tire shredding power and have built-in protections for over-temp, over-current, and low voltage keep the system alive even when you're pushing it hard.

Display

Real-time data display mounted in your line of sight. Shows speed, battery voltage, motor temperature, current draw, and system diagnostics while you're driving. Backlit screen stays readable in direct sunlight.

Minimal maintenance compared to gas karts. Check chain tension regularly, inspect brake pads for wear, and keep the chain lubricated. The motor and controller are sealed units requiring no maintenance. Store the battery at 50-70% charge if not using the kart for extended periods.
Max seat size we supply is XXL, which typically fits drivers up to 250 lbs and around 6'4".
The Hawk V3 Electric comes standard with #428 chain and matching sprocket. This is a robust chain size providing excellent durability and power transfer.
A semi-experienced builder should expect to complete assembly in a weekend - from unboxing to riding. This assumes basic familiarity with hand tools and welding.
First-time builders or those new to fabrication should plan for additional time to work through the build carefully and ensure everything is assembled correctly.

The electric version offers instant torque, zero maintenance on the engine. The electric is more family friendly due to customizable speeds and parental controls.
