Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 7-10 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional lead time. Any extended processing times will be clearly noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. These are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Large items such as complete karts are shipped via freight carrier and may require scheduling a delivery appointment. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.

Freight Delivery (Complete Karts & Large Items)

  • Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged in advance.

  • Please inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If there is visible damage, you may refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier picks up the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • GoKartGod is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier errors or circumstances outside our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters).

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at [insert support email] with photos of the damage and your order number.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Changes & Address Updates

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
