Floor Pan Installation Guide

Tools

  • 3/16" Allen Key
  • 1/2" Wrench or Socket

Hardware Required

  • 5/16-18 x 1" Socket Head (4)
  • 5/16-18 Nylock Nut (4)

Installation Steps

  1. Install the sprocket onto the sprocket hub. 
  2. Slide the sprocket assembly onto the axle with a collar on each side and a ¾” axle key in the sprocket hub.
  3. Offset the keyway on the collars from the axle keyway, to prevent your axle keys from sliding out during use. 
  4. Tighten down the axle collars
