Yes. Send us the wheel with the worn tire still mounted. You can use the return box we provided with your original order or your own box if needed. Service begins once we receive it.

Yes. Select the quantity of tires that need to be replaced before purchasing the service. Each tire must be selected and paid for individually.

That’s no problem. As long as the wheel itself is in good condition and mountable, we can replace the tire without issue.

Bent, cracked, or severely damaged wheels may not be serviceable. If we determine a wheel cannot be reused, we’ll contact you and may recommend a replacement.

This service replaces the tire only. Your original wheel is reused unless a replacement is required due to damage.

Turnaround typically takes 1-2 business days after we receive your wheel(s), plus return shipping time.
